LOL!! Just saw a TV commercial that said that (so....it must be true). :ROFLMAO:
If you don't get the vaccine, it means you don't love people. Show you care about others by getting the vaccine.......:ROFLMAO:
Sound familiar? Remember, "If you don't get a flu shot, you're making other people sick."

Ya know what that means? I'm just plain no good & I don't like anybody since I'm not getting the vaccine! :ROFLMAO:

State health department launches PSA that encourages vaccinations

The California Department of Public Health released a pair of public service announcements Monday intended to underscore the importance of getting the coronavirus vaccine.
The PSAs feature mothers longing for physical connections like hugging loved ones that have been discouraged during the pandemic. The ads close with the message “love means getting vaccinated.”

The WHO, CDC, every government on the planet that I know of, and US state departments of public health are strongly encouraging their citizenry to get vaccinated?

Gee, there's some big news!

No not big news. Pretty sure everyone on the planet has got the message, knows there's a vaccine. It's the constant reminders that get old.

Some haven't been vaccinated yet so let's blast more reminders they may have forgotten since the reminders yesterday.

The numbers of those vaccinated are not high enough so let's remind them. But with so many problems in distribution and not having enough of the vaccine, many want the shot but are so far unable to get it.

And now this commercial.

The numbers of those vaccinated are not high enough yet, so obviously if not vaccinated yet you don't care or love your fellow man..🙄

That reminds me of a Twilight Zone episode in which people were supposed to get an operation to make their face look like everybody else's. If you didn't conform, you were considered ugly to look at and other people would then avoid you.

On the other hand, unless the numbers are being faked, the shots seem to be helping to bring down the number of people showing symptoms, at least in my state. However, I hope people realize that:

1. Not everybody has been vaccinated and there are those who won't, and will therefore still be susceptible to getting infected.
2. The vaccine does not prevent those vaccinated from carrying the virus and passing it on to others, so safety precautions need to be maintained.

I agree about the reminders. Our county is the worst in our area for getting out the vaccine and one of the worst in Virginia. It is annoying to be told to get the vaccine over and over and we can't.

"Resistance is futile, you will be assimilated." While that may be true, I shall resist just the same because that's what I do.

Edit: to add, I'd rather do something because I choose to do it rather than be manipulated and coerced into doing it. As for dying, that's a given, it's a matter of when, not if and the cause is trivial, even if you're perfectly healthy, your parts will eventually just give out. Don...

We plan on getting vaccinated too but I get so irritated at our county. They have been terrible. We live near Maryland and we hear about mass vaccination clinics there. Here we have little ones that do 300 a day. We have 400,000 in our county.

I can't imagine why anyone would not want to be vacinated against covid?...I have never gotten a flu shot and never had the flu but when it came to covid I decided it was necessary.. I received my first shot 3/3

It must be awful to live a life so continually so suspicious that a person will risk their own life and health and possibly that of others to disdain knowledge that so many have worked so hard to attain and share, for the good of all.

For me it's not a matter of wanting or not wanting the vaccine. I'm tired of every article regarding Covid and or the vaccine constantly pushing it.
We know Covid kills, we know its horrid, we know it can leave long term health issues. We know there are vaccines available.

If there is anyone on earth who doesn't know, they must be living be under a rock.

But since the numbers of those vaccinated have not reached a certain targeted figure, it is constantly pushed.

And the latest, "Love means getting vaccinated" implies those who have yet to be vaccinated don't have any love or caring for others. That's nonsense.

I see many right here having problems getting the vaccine.
So they are not among the numbers yet, so I guess that means they to have no love or caring for others? No it doesn't, they are trying to get the vaccine.

I'm sure millions are trying, have been trying.

But yet we all need to be constantly reminded one way or the other to get the vaccine?

And those who are waiting or not going to get the vaccine are loveless people. 🙄

Please explain why you never had a flu shot but you "Can't imagine why anyone would not want to be vaccinated against covid?"
