I was with ya until the end there.

In addition to the rest of it, "my people" would be polite and compassionate but never above pulling off a good prank. Nobody would tell old jokes, only new ones, and they'd all be pretty good looking but they'd dress like total slobs.
And everyone would have a maximum of 3 pairs of socks.

Everyone would work hard, be considerate of others, violence would not be tolerated,.
Wildlife and animals would be treated with the highest respect and treated like the gift that they are to our planet.
On the flip side, I'm not sure we would progress very far if everyone were like me, because I'm not a risk taker and I don't think progress can be made without some risk involved.

I think you left out drinking and driving or drinking period. If someone drinks a lot they don't act like a normal person. People that harm children should be thrown in the trash. I could go on and on.
 
People would learn the true beauty behind working to live, not living to work
No free rides for anyone
Respect for all (people, nature, the environment, everything)
Materialistic and shallow-minded greed would not exist
Buying once and have for life would be everyone's mantra, bringing an abrupt end to Made in China
Family-time would dominate weekends
Sunday's would be a true day of rest... nothing open
No disposable anything, aside from necessary hospital/medical needs
An eye for an eye (hanged, drawn, and quartered) would await all murderers, rapists, child molesters, and hostage takers (no trials).
Public flogging would be a reality
No young offenders act/law
The world would be run by the people, for the people, not by overpaid, thieving, corrupt liars!

Everyone would be weird! Spirituality would replace technology.. The power of strong thought would be taught in schools. Metaphysics would be taught, People would be aware of angels, spirits. Fear would be gone from the minds of man.
People would create, explore, invent, adventure, Schools would go back to teaching what they taught in the 50's. Music would go back to. rock and roll. War would be something taught only in history because hate would be gone from the world.

It wouldn't be too great because people would sit and look at the stars instead of having the intellectual capacity to actually VISIT them.
I'm afraid it would be a step back in time to softness and graciousness. There would be a surge of creativity in the arts and writing but not much progress in industrial. People would be individuals and take responsibility for their actions. Men would be men and women would be women.

Hard manual labour would be reality to ALL inmates, and when I say hard, I do mean hard... 12 hour days, 8 days a week, splitting and chiseling stone.
 
I have 2 dogs so it would be twice as many dogs as people...
