Try Not to Worry Too Much About the Piranha in the Lake

Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries just wants to know if there are any more

The Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries doesn’t want you to freak out or anything, but somebody found a piranha in a lake. Definitely “use caution,” the LDWF said in a press release. It’s definitely illegal to sell them or have one as a pet anywhere in Louisiana, too.

How did somebody find it? Clamped to their thigh?

At least the millions of cicadas that have invaded this area don't bite. OMG, imagine if they were like piranhas!

I know piranha have a fearsome reputation. But I thought the feeding frenzy scenes we've all seen, weren't staged, but they were sort of induced by chumming the water. I've heard on one of the travel shows that people swim in piranha infested waters?????????

Peps and Kaila, I see your WOW emoji's. :)

You guys must be reading more into my "or worse" reply, I was thinking the piranha clamped onto someone's... lure, I don't know what you two are thinking. LOL! :ROFLMAO:
I have never heard it called a "lure" but then it may depend on the type of creature chasing it!!
