A 37-year-old South African woman is being hailed across the world for giving birth to ten babies – seven boys and three girls – in one day. Ultimately, Gosiame Thamara Sithole has broken the Guinness World Record of most children born at the same birth. She reportedly welcomed her 10 babies in the late hours of Monday, June 7, at a hospital in Pretoria.
 

I honestly don't know what I'd do... the expense would be crippling, the workload numbing, and forget about getting any rest or quality sleep.

Having outside help come in and assist in the care of the babies (around the clock) wouldn't be an option, it would be a necessity.

Wow , thats one way to only have many children in one go instead of 10 births.. a family for sure .. I just wouldnt be able to handle
that many, we had 5 (yours , mine and ours) that was enough for me but pray the babies will all be alright and mum as well ..
 
I think it's a hoax. Somehow, all these weird stories about giving birth seem to originate in South Africa. There's even one about a woman giving birth to a litter of puppies, although that one was obviously an ad for Snopes.
