Breakfast is important, perhaps having smaller portions for dinner, and less sweets.I did start skipping breakfast two weeks ago, and have been trying to curb the sweets. This prediction was helpful. It is shocking me into losing weight. I want to see my Grandkids produce more babies for me to spoil.
Here's a BMI calculator: https://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/health/educational/lose_wt/BMI/bmicalc.htmI couldn't take the exam because it asked for our BMI index; don't know what mine is. How do you find that out?
Oh, strictly for fun fun fun! Look at my results:What kind of downer website is that!?
I thought 1 or 2 drinks a day was O.K....??? Getting a 15 year penalty for having 3 oz of vodka sounds harsh, at least I'm not taking any NSAIDs that cause heart attack /stroke/death.

I believe it was Tim Robbins character....but....yeahIn the movie Shawshank Redemption, Morgan Freeman's character delivers a very important line. I do not remember the entire quite but it was something along like of "You have to get busy living, or get busy dying." In other words..while we are alive, we must LIVE, or we are just sitting around waiting to die.
Probably right...it has been a while since I have seen the movieI believe it was Tim Robbins character....but....yeah

Losing weight is easy. Just make sure to eat a balanced diet.I am 74. It predicted I would die October 20, 2030 at age of 84. I am not happy with that. My life has been shortened at this time from being overweight. I am not obese yet, just overweight. I don’t Smoke or drink, but like my sweets. I walk and exercise every day.
I have always kept my weight in check. I gained this weight after moving in Assisted Living. When you have three meals a day prepared for you, it is hard to resist.
