Why do businesses display their email address on the Web sites if they aren't going to respond to them?

Here is her email:

Thanks for the photo. Labor $695 + 4 yds fabric We have a showroom full of fabrics starting at $50/yd and going over $100/yd. Pick-up and delivery is part of our service if you're in the area and our turnaround time is approximately 16 weeks. If you would like to come in and look at fabrics, please call me at xxxxx to schedule an appointment.
I've had numerous items reupholstered over the past 7 years which is why I was able to guess this price pretty much on the nose. A good upholsterer is a busy upholsterer. That he's quoting 16 week turnaround time speaks volumes in his favor.

All were pieces that DH and I love, are worth well more than the cost of reupholstering, are extremely comfortable, and would have been more costly to replace.

I'm so sorry I wrote what I did. I just came on to delete it; in fact, I still will. I felt frustrated for your sake deb, or maybe it was mine, but probably both of us. Forgive me. I really really want you to feel satisfied and happy at your new place, maybe without so many reminders.

They aren't lopsided - it's probably the camera angle and how the cushions are seated. ;)
How many chairs and sofas do you really need, Deb? Think carefully about how many people you've entertain at one time during the past ten years. That's the maximum number of seats you'll need.

The furniture pieces in those photos have seen better days. I'm guessing you inherited most, if not all.

It's high time to move on. People deserve to be surrounded by things that bring them joy, not to be obligated to hold onto possessions that other people chose.

When you pass on, dollars to doughnuts, all this stuff will hit the dumpster. Why not ditch it now and enjoy a fresh start in your new home?

BUT! BUT! BUT! new will cost more than $100.00 Sweaty palms for sure.

Or the cost to move all the old furniture spent on new to furnish a different color & updated home might work. Other than a museum or a play featuring an old home with worn old furniture the dumpster sounds about right.
