About the emoticon Wow...

Does it mean.. .wow, that is terrific, super, marvellous etc., etc........or
Does it mean ....wow, thats a shame, that's awful, disapproval etc., etc.
I never quite know how to interpret that one on my posts
Just wonderin'

yes it's the same with the love' one..does that mean love as in when you're consoling someone, or simply agree wholeheartedly with their post more than the normal 'like button'.🤨... so instead you can use the much bigger choice of emoticons by clicking on the smiley face at the top of the reply box... ☺️

Yes but that means you have to go in to full reply mode. Only six show for reply within the post.

yes that's true... I really would prefer if we had a couple more...especially something between the 'like' and the ''love''....

Ive said this before, the love one looks like it's actually laughing so really quite inappropraite for someone who needs some kind of comforting... but I believe they are standard with this type of forum , so nothing can be done about it..

I have a problem with the "angry" one. Does that mean to posted is angry AT ME, or does that me the poster is angry at WHAT I Wrote? Say I post something others find offensive. OR if I write something the poster agrees with me as being bad. Ex. You are a no good bum. OR Hitler was a no good bum. Both could get an "angry". "WOW" is similar.

For me, "Wow" means that I am amazed at the post. It could mean that I am amazed at the situation or amazed at the stupid response. I've been in the forum long enough that I hope the poster knows where I am coming from and can figure it out. ;) As for Angry, I usually only respond re: the situation, not the poster's comments.

I actually wish their was an "Unlike" button to go with the "Like" button.

If I see something in a post that I don't like then I just don't comment.

I see I have another WOW which I don't quite understand but as I said will just disregard.
Perhaps I am just not seeing things the way others do....blame it on old age brain foglaff hand.gif
