Ever been stupified at someone who says they are stopping you from hurting yourself

Your loved ones take away your ice cream, or candy because they want you to stay in good health. Take your money because you are wasting it on things that they feel you shouldn't want or have. Some will even cause you pain because they love you? I recently watched a court TV show and the man was in court telling the judge how his friend deprived him of something and he almost died from the deprivation or lack of help from his friend. The friend gave his reason for not helping as "Doing the Lord's will."
 

I'm with you Hollydolly, LOL! :saywhat: Other than my mother limiting my candy, ice cream, etc. as a child, I haven't had anyone take away anything of mine as an adult. Halalu, what was this guy deprived of by his friend that almost killed him? :confused:
 

Why would anyone let their "loved ones" take away their stuff?? Was this person totally disabled or something? I don't see why anyone would tolerate this. I know I sure wouldn't! People can't push you around like that unless you let them.

I don't know how it started it ended with him being on the ground asking for help and his friend would not help him. Someone called an ambulance and they arrived time to save his life. His friend said he was leaving him to the Lord. Now I'm watching MSNBC and it is about young under-age girls prostituting and not knowing what love is.
 
As older women we are supposed to know more about love and sex. Many of those men they are having sex with are husbands and the pimps are sometimes husbands too. They call them sugar daddies and I guess the men like being called Daddy
