When I first saw the news blurb, I figured it was a historical peice from 1734 , or something. How can you not know about women being falsely accused of witchcraft??????????? And if you watch the video of this guy, he's dancing around in glee as he makes these absurd allegations. This has to be a put on, but this guy' for real.

When we first moved to Florida, we were looking for a church (churchgoers back then), so we'd visit a different church every Sunday.

One Sunday, we attended a "middle-of-the-road" sort of church, quite like the one I grew up in, and all was going on until the minister launched an attack against wearing jewelry items that were signs of the Zodiac. He ranted, he raved, it was devil worship, it would land you in hell.

I could see a couple of ladies near me tucking their necklaces inside their collars. I'm sure it was happening in several places.

Now, I'm not a Zodiac follower and I don't think I've ever had a piece of Scorpio jewelry (I am the year of the Boar, though, and do have a nice Chinese boar charm, but apparently that's either OK or he was saving that rant for another Sunday....). We didn't go back.

I'm wondering if he did that because he'd just heard of the Zodiac killer and not that he hated astrology itself. :unsure:
 
I watched 5 seconds. He's a wolf in sheep's clothing. Anyone can call themselves a "Pastor". I turned it off immediately.
So much sensationalism to grab your curiosity so you'll watch the advertisements, click on subscribe, share, anything to go Viral $$

I wasn't going to watch it but felt that wasn't right if I was going to comment without viewing.
5 seconds was 5 seconds too long.

It's evil. Don't watch that stuff nor share it. It's the devil's work. Stay clear away if you know what's good for you.

I would actually get up in the morning and go to that service just to see that happen and see that man look like a damn fool with those brooms up on the stage. šŸ¤£
 
I think sometimes about how a fragile electrical grid props up our increasingly cracking veneer of civilization. Take away the grid by cyber hacking, natural disaster ...whatever... and we'll have mayhem quickly. If that ever happens, the utterly ruthless banding together and religious fanatics gathering followers like this congregation scare me about equally.
