They have malware already in place in the US and a cyberattack could be their first move. Makes sense in that it would quickly erode public support for intervention by our leaders. My guess is the grid of any nation they expect retaliation from is at risk.
This won't be like Covid lines unless stores have backup generators and if they do, they may not be able to process credit cards if financial institutions are hacked as well.
