Has interesting perspectives on the Ukraine. Actually not as biased as I expected, but still pretty much pro Russia propaganda.

I'm not sure where the line of politics is drawn. Seems to me a lot of what gets discussed here is political in nature, just not partisan or much about individual politicians, excepting Putin of course.A few days ago I was going to make a post about RT but was afraid someone would again accuse me of making political statements.
You tube has allowed it back due to popular demand: Putin announces 'special operation' in Donbass | SPECIAL COVERAGE - YouTube

Thanks Anne, well put, a good analysis of what RT is.Research has shown that RT’s output varies widely by platform. On the one hand it has produced critically acclaimed special reporting and award-winning online projects. On the other, it has been sanctioned multiple times by Ofcom – usually for coverage not considered “duly impartial”, and most recently to the tune of £200,000 for its coverage of the war in Syria and the Salisbury poisonings. There are some patterns in how its coverage plays out. RT usually gives strictly factual – albeit heavily curated – news coverage that prioritises sources and perspectives that correspond with Russian interests. These are made more relatable with commentary from NGOs, alternative news websites, or fringe political parties from across the US, UK and Europe, where RT is broadcast. Facts or fragments of facts are woven into narratives that don’t necessarily follow logically. ...favoured narratives often stray into the realm of conspiracy theories.
I think the same could be said of some of our media... For different reasons of course. But on matters directly related to Russia’s immediate national interests, RT’s reporting sometimes becomes “materially misleading” (the most serious category of breach).
I agree, I think most of us know well enough not to be mislead. It is interesting to see the Russian government's (Putin's) take on things. They may be Russian state sponsored, but we can still be interested in whatever 'stories' they're spinning. And I hate censorship!
My brother watches RT all the time until it was cut off. He told me about a certain country "U" supplying military equipment to a certain very rich country "S" who are using the equipment to kill people in a certain country "Y." See if you can figure this out and see if this post still stands. Names have been with held to protect the guilty.A few days ago I was going to make a post about RT but was afraid someone would again accuse me of making political statements. In all honesty they have brought up subjects the US media have ignored such as the slaughter of pro independence people from Donbas. Won't say more as it would likely get deleted.

Yep, I think R is the guilty party...@Packerjohn
Ukraine, Saudi Arabia & Yemen? C'mon, don't protect the guilty! It's all a made up story anyway.
