Edited (again):
7 — I would not eat black licorice (although I do like stew with star anise) nor snails (although I tasted one once). Nor jello, which is not good for you. Nor sardines; although I used to love them, the last ones I tasted (from a can) were pretty grotty (unpleasant).

I have to add a few more:
beets, bananas and avocados (which jack up my blood sugar, although I love avocados)

What I also would not eat would eat kale. Ugh.

Zero. There are 4 things on this list i don't eat but i have tried (usually more than once at different ages because our tastes do change:
Sardines
Black, or any licorice
Blue cheese
Ranch dressing (not fond of any dressing, prefer raw veggies plain or just with vinegar &/or salt)

Have tried those 4 and just don't like the taste. However, if i was in desperate situation and they were only thing i could eat to get a little energy i would.

The only thing on this list (some such are more challenging and would have more 'tried, but are an only if desperate options for me' items) I've never had opportunity to try is snails so i don't know if how i'd feel about them and I'm not one to put something on my 'nay' list unless i've tried it. For me texture and taste the key and sometimes i like a taste/flavor enough.it counterbalances what my negative feelings about texture.

I've eaten and enjoyed everything on this list Well, not so much enjoy on the brussel sprouts, but I do eat them occasionally.
However, moving to a plant based diet 8 years ago, I stopped eating meat, rarely eat fish, and mostly avoid dairy, my current number is 13.

I do suspend most of my self-imposed dietary restrictions when traveling.
Eschewing local cuisine specialties would be missing part of the point of visiting foreign lands.
