For those of us in the U.S., don't forget to set your clocks ahead Saturday night!
Not many of those to set anymore are there? Everything pretty much resets itself these days. Cept my microwave and why doesn't it, now I think about it? I know we have the tech.

The only time keeping pieces we have that reset themselves are our cell phones and the cable tv box; we have 10 others that I have to manually re-set (one of those is our microwave as you mentioned above). Not many of those to set anymore are there? With our phones, we really don't need to remember the time changes anymore, which is really so very convenient. I do love the tech age (mostly.)![]()
Now I have to count... I'm curious... lolThe only time keeping pieces we have that reset themselves are our cell phones and the cable tv box; we have 10 others that I have to manually re-set (one of those is our microwave as you mentioned above).
Well lets see.....the following clocks need to be manually reset in my home:Not many of those to set anymore are there? Everything pretty much resets itself these days. Cept my microwave and why doesn't it, now I think about it? I know we have the tech.

I freaking love that! Non-conformist rage against the machine! (That's probably just my take on it. lol) I do think it's a great idea, though. -- Hey, the entire state of AZ feels the same way about it and they get by just fine; the rest of the country just has to deal with it.I didn't change mine last year and I won't this year. If I have an appointment, I'll leave an hour earlier, my time to get there on time, their time. Why should I screw up my sleep pattern, etc?
Holy crow, so your morning's pretty much taken up twice a year with clock changing?Well lets see.....the following clocks need to be manually reset in my home:
Grandfather clock
School house clock
Microwave
Stove
2 alarm clocks
4 wall or desk clocks through out house and garage
2 vehicle clocks
Golf cart clock
Irrigation timer clock
2 DVD players
Clock built into garage door wall controller
There might be a couple more I can't think of right now.
It is a pain changing clocks twice per year.
I so want to not care about the microwave time.My car did not get changed so the time will be correct . The microwave do not care...
I still wear a watch. If I'm out and about and want to know what time it is, it's a lot easier to look down at a watch on my wrist than it is to dig my cell out of my pocket to see what time it is.Does anyone else still wear a watch? Those need to be manually set.

I only changed some of my clocks this past fall, so I'm halfway ready for the time change already.I didn't change mine last year and I won't this year.
My Apple Watch changes automatically. My final watch sits on a counter so it gets charged. When it quits, it’s gone. I used to have a selection of watches.Does anyone else still wear a watch? Those need to be manually set.
