You know, the more I think about this, the more I feel you went out of your way to infer my late husband was a "bed date". to a celebrity. This was not true. He was the highest, finest officer of honor and dignity. To even put this in people's minds makes something "sleazy" out of his activities.
He took her to openings, dinners, parties and shows. Nothing more. No romance. He was tall ,handsome and distinguished.
He was one of two candidates who tested highest in all areas of the entire history of the Marshal's service.
A Federal Marshal is singularly appointed by the President of the United States, and, in my mind, is far more important than anything in the movie business or the music business. Please refrain from demeaning my late husband's character or his memory, as he was a man of greatness.
