Hours?! With me it's seconds! Found a good pill, though OTC. It contains Simethicone. It changed my life for the better! I buy the CVS version called 'Gas Relief'. I'm embarrassed, but I highly recommend this for that particular problem.

here is my question how was this .....pardon the pun ...Released ?
there are tons of ppl going in to doctors or hospitals with very strange things.... if they make social media or any media who shared .... a nurse who found it hilarious ... a doctor that can not buy anyone would even ask that question ... or the patient herself seeking attention

Another solution for you ladies.
Take a couple of dozen balloons with you when you're out and about, then when you get the urge, simply inflate a few balloons and hand them to passing kids.
