Trying New Things isn't always easy.
It's usually more comfortable to "stick with what we know", playing it safe.
But, trying new things can be exciting, and even beneficial to your brain--giving it something new to learn helps keep it healthy.
Trying new things is a great way to keep life stimulating and rewarding.
It's a great way to break "out of a rut".
What is something you've always wanted to try--and you stop yourself from following through?

P.S..Trying new things, especially in retirement, when you have the time to
take on new challenges, will help keep you young at
