I am not pro or against this, but I always find it interesting.
My suspicion is that the suicide rate has been so high because both society and often their familes give them grief about it. A few years ago some 40% of homeless teens were LGBTQ youths whose families had kicked them out. I dearly hope that as awareness grows that figure is starting to come down.I just hope everyone is well.
My understanding is that the suicide rate among the transgender community is utterly through the roof. And that is horribly sad.
I do know of one resource for counseling:
PFLAG
https://pflag.org/
Counseling for Gay Community
PFLAG is the United States' first and largest organization uniting parents, families, and allies with people who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+). PFLAG National is the national organization, which provides support to the PFLAG network of local chapters. PFLAG has over 400 chapters across the United States, with more than 200,000 members and supporters.

I'm not up to watching something this long right now, but i've seen a couple of documentaries on the topic and have known people in both 3D world and online who are transgender.I am not pro or against this, but I always find it interesting.
