The first snapshots of Sgr A* were captured by the Event Horizon Telescope (EHT), a planetary wide network of telescopes stretching from Antarctica to Europe.

It is a blurry picture because the Black Hole is 27,000 light years away.
One light year is 9,460,730,472,580.8 kilometers. 9,46 Trillion
In scientific parlance the picture is blurry because -"It was extra challenging because … Sgr A* burbled and gurgled as we looked at it."
