No arguments from me, and really you can wear more or less whatever you want, "in the right context", (bikinis have been around for most if not all of my life, and why should anyone care on a beach, though maybe inappropriate at the supermarket in winter!

).
Can I bore the pants off everyone now by mentioning "evolution", (I'm asking but assuming you're all up for it of course!)?
If every female walked around as " intended in the garden of Eden",(juxtaposing mythology and science now!), then no one could argue with the young woman mentioned in the OP obviously, (she'd be considered very modest by comparison you'd have thought!).
However, "covering up bits", and revealing "things" considered enticing creates a whole different ball game doesn't it!
The fashion industry is built upon it, everything from "flashing a well turned ankle" in more stead times, (maybe in our parents youth?), to see through tops worn by those brave enough at expensive dinner parties or gala balls.
We don't want to stop this do we, even if we could, someone who can make the most of their looks, (and assets!), is doing no one any harm, and probably doing themselves and the rest of us interested in these things a lot of good.
Where does all this fit in with evolution you might ask? Well I'd suggest we all have a picture in our minds of what might be attractive, if not something close to perfection, (then reality comes into our minds, and aware of our own shortcomings we decide we can settle for something less than our ideal). Try tellig me this has nothing to do with the partners any of us might choose, (or have chosen, to start a family with back when!).
