I had read (somewhere) that it was 100 degrees onstage, and 114 degrees with the lights. That's something that would need to be dealt with; not sure how that would be done.

I don't know who that guy is but Armando Peraza was Carlos percussionist from 1972 to 1990, there were a large number of drummers since Armando but Cindy Blackman has been Carlos's touring drummer since 2010.
