A killer/robber has hit six 7-Eleven stores & killed 2 in California

Do the police have a right to PIT a car to stop them even before the car is lit up to stop, at that time the driver is under no order!

IMO ? No ..... they should at least have the lightbar flashing ..... And a siren IMO should be heard as well.

Are you aware of such a case ? Do you have proof ? Something more than accusation ?

All 7-11's. I would say this very well could be a former 7-11 employee that had a grudge against the company.

That's what I was thinking, since most armed robbers don't shoot their victims. A similar robbery/murder happened at Subway & it was a former employee.
They're probably checking out that possibility.
