tired? rundown? listless? Do you poop out at parties?

Gaer

"Angel whisperer"
A thing is created, maintained, somewhere in the multiverses, and while this is
being maintained, it reaches the height of evolution, then dissolves.
Ah! But then it is re-created as a cycle of continuity.
creation, maintenence, evolution, and dissolution;
expansion into the never-ending multiverse, through innumerable time.
So, where are you? I don't mean your chronological age. Thet's meaningless.
I mean are you still building, planning, creating, changing, designing, evolving,
growing, finding joy? Are you continually looking forward to the future?
Are you only maintaining what already is? "plodding along?"
Have you given up? Are you only looking forward to the end of this life, as it is
on this Earth?

Is there a time we are supposed to stop expression, stop trying to make a dent
in the world because nobody cares?
Is there a time we are to let go and just "be"?

are you still building, planning, creating, changing, designing, evolving,
growing, finding joy? Are you continually looking forward to the future?
Sure, maybe not so much as when I was younger, but still doing all that!
Are you continually looking forward to the future?
Absolutely!
plodding along?
Sure hope not!
Have you given up? Are you only looking forward to the end of this life, as it is
on this Earth?
Nope, and I hope never to, not whilst living anyway.
Is there a time we are supposed to stop expression, stop trying to make a dent
in the world because nobody cares?
Sure, it begins just after death.
Do you poop out at parties?
Yep, been doing that for 40+ years, doesn't much effect the other things on your list...

Just letting things be is not necessarily resignation. I'm actually relieved that I never have to seek a job anymore, or a romance. That was hard work LOL! I'd rather let those things be.........in the past. I kinda like not having to need excuses...........to put it this way: I'm not a failure! I'm old! gives a great boost of confidence. (y)

Chronological age is meaningless (in this discussion)???

I have no idea of your age but I do know that my "planning for the future's" a hell of a lot different as I push 90 than it was when I was "pushing" 60 or even 70. I am not even close to the person I was at that earlier age, physically and mentally and the downhill trend increases rapidly for most folks as they pass their mid-80's
- - -if they're lucky enough to make it to that age.

You crack me up! I always feel like I do this awkward dance on the line down the middle. Part of me is on the one side wanting to keep shoveling away at the crap to make room for the gold that may or may not be found. The other part of me is sitting there totally disinterested in life in general. I know. I'm weird.
