I have friends that had this kind of shower installed for 17,000 dollars and I don't think I would pay that money for this shower.

Sounds about what I figured, given their ad offers a $1500 "discount".I have friends that had this kind of shower installed for 17,000 dollars and I don't think I would pay that money for this shower.

If I had a spare $17,000 laying around, I'd get the whole bathroom redone.......
I'd never get one of those. Can't get out until after that "loooong cold time to empty".A friend installed a walk in bathtub and hates it. Looong time to fill and a loooong cold time to empty and you better have a BIG water heater!
You are joking, right ? Missouri winter ? JimB.Our water heater broke about 2 years. We abandoned our shower ( a small $300 unit ), and now sponge bath, or bathe in a kiddy pool in the forest after the sun heats up the water.![]()
No, it's for real. We do fine. Our wood stove can make it 90 degrees and that is plenty warm enough for a sponge bath. You are joking, right ? Missouri winter ? JimB.
I had no idea about that, that would be a deal breaker for me, brrrr.and you have to wait for the water to completely drain before opening the door, which they said can get chilly at times
