I always drink at least one gallon a day. Only because I love water!
Knight, You can search and find anyone's writings on the internet to back up your opinions about anything.I think this article that came out in June but was put out as info by Goodrx might help with decision making when it comes to drinking water.

Well, you were disrespectful. If you are not interested, move on to the next thread rather than being rude and dismissive. What is considered significant to you? What thread have you started recently that was thought-provoking? Please fill us in.Not meaning to be disrespectful, but some folks need to get a life instead of asking insignificant questions.

I respect your opinion. My post wasn't an opinion. The article was for information about what drinking to much or to little water can affect . If read in it's entirety you would recognize that it pointed out much of what various people here have said. I thought it was informative because it referenced how to much or to little water impacts the body.Knight, You can search and find anyone's writings on the internet to back up your opinions about anything.
This doesn't necessarily make it true.
I've drank tons of water (only water) since my 20's with no adverse effects. I think it keeps you thin and healthy.
Well, Just my opinion.
Good article. I've heard of young children dying from water intoxication after being forced to drink too much water at one time. When I was still working in the summer, I wasn't drinking any water at work during the day and was only drinking coffee in the morning and at the morning break. Would just take a few sips of seltzer or water at lunch time. I started seeing floaters in my peripheral vision, and became so dizzy I couldn't stand and had to sit down until it passed. From that day on, I brought a bottle of filtered water to drink during the workday. Was okay after that. As with many things, too much or too little can cause health problems. I think the amounts depend on the individual.I respect your opinion. My post wasn't an opinion. The article was for information about what drinking to much or to little water can affect . Not only does fresh fruit provide water, but if you drink herbal (uncaffeinated not decaffeinated) unsweetened tea it is processed by the body as water. A sceptical doctor actually confirmed this after we had discussed my water in take. I make herbal suntea in summer and consume a quart of t plus another 24 ounces if plain water, or with a lemon or lime slice. I haven't had sweetened coffee or tea in decades and rarely drink soda.Maybe I should get into the habit of drinking more water. Remember though most fresh fruit consists of more than 80% water. I eat an apple, pear, orange, nectarine, banana, plum and a hand full of grapes, every day.
You can tell if you are dehydrated, the signs are visible in your urine. Dark and strong smelling urine is a clear sign that you need to drink more fluids.
Because politics is something we get more passionate about, so are often less civil in discussing. And yet when I suggested the same thing to those who don't care for politics ......... it seemed like such a laborious task. Hummmm
No disrespect but...Not meaning to be disrespectful, but some folks need to get a life instead of asking insignificant questions.
Oh, You are such an intelligent man. I would love to hear YOUR private, personal opinion on things, not some nameless person on the Internet.I respect your opinion. My post wasn't an opinion. Hm-m-m-m! That's got to be good for you!I've been drinking this every now and then too. If I really felt like I was dehydrated, I'd probably have one per day.

Ahh, but it is harder to ignore things if you're also passionate about them. But i get your point, we don't have attend argument open to us.Hence the point ...... skip over the thread, avoid the 'passion' of the others .. if need be.
