If You Opened Up Your Own Bar and Grill, What Would You Name It?

I think I would name it something like The Chill and Grill. :cheers:
 

I think I like 'The Greasy Spoon' - we like those here and they are almost all gone now.
 

The Filling Station, and it would be in an old timey gas station. The furnishings would be retro, of course.

I've also thought of a drive-through sort of place called "Souper Suppers" open Monday-Friday. Only three or four entrées each day, one of them always being served on a particular day (like oven-fried chicken on Tuesdays, Salisbury steaks on Thursdays...you get the idea). Customers would call or email their orders for whatever day, and they could order a single serving or enough to serve a family of 2/3/4, etc. They'd also get a vegetable, salad, bread and depending on the entrée, potatoes/rice/beans. They'd pick up their orders between say 4 pm and 7 pm (on the way home from work). This place would serve just plain home cooking, nothing gourmet, nothing trendy. There would always be soups and chili available by the pint or quart.

The Filling Station would be a bar and grill; Souper Suppers, no beverages, just food to take home and eat or reheat and eat.
