CNN reporting 2 dead after missiles/rockets land inside Poland

We are led to believe that the Russian missile controls are so accurate that they could drop a missile into a waste paper basket in someone's backyard, so, if the Russia generals say, "Oops, one went astray", should we believe them?

Sure hope cooler heads prevail... This is awful, but alone not worth starting a war over.

Looks like they were Russian.

Russian missiles land in Poland, killing two

Might be, waiting for confirmation; CNN said it could be a Ukraine missile hit a Russian rocket/ missile and pieces hit Poland. Either way, Russia’s fault. But accidentally vs on purpose. On purpose probably war; accidentally we shall see

Perhaps the reason is that they were helping Ukrainians by opening borders and giving emotional and financial support?

Oh, what am I saying? Russians don't need a reason..... I do hope this won't be the beginning of a new conflict?

I don’t understand your comment about helping. Russia and Ukraine are at war now. Waiting to see if NATO will act; possibility of WW3 or just a slap on the hand.

George S. Patton wanted to end Russia. One of his quotes on the subject is “I have no particular desire to understand them, except to ascertain how much lead or iron it takes to kill them.” It is my understanding that Churchill supported this point of view. Eisenhower did not.

And so several generations grew up with the threat of nuclear war, the threat of Russian aggression, and actual Russian aggression. I loved Eisenhower, but he made a terrible mistake.

I hope NATO doesn’t.

Russia/Putin is bat crap crazy BUT hopefully he and his military realize invading a NATO countries will go worse than it did in Ukraine. All the arms and tech that took out his tanks and plane will be in play more than it was in Ukraine. His generals now that.

Probably an accident. 3-6 months ago I wouldn't have put it past Ukraine or other zealots to manufacture a false flag now don't think so. I thought I saw where Ukraine said it was time for a peace agreement?

I've been following a Brit named Macer Gifford on Twitter. He is in Ukraine fighting in an International Unit within the Ukrainian military. I share his reports with my Australian friends.

This is what I just shared today

From Macer Gifford on Twitter 7 hr ago
Successive tweets

Quote:* A Russian cruise missile just went over my head, going in the direction of Mykolaiv. The West needs to provide more anti air systems. We also need more long range missiles. To strike right up to the Russian border. No Russian soldier should be safe while on Ukrainian soil!

* Another missile, right now

* And another!

* Lights just went off. They just hit the electricity grid

* Another just went over.
Troops around me are trying to shoot them down.

From other posters

* Belarus had a part in this one I think. Bunch fired from sea, bunch from bombers.. based guess where.

Translated -
* these Russian missiles are indeed coming from the Black Sea. Ukraine must be able to reach these ships and, therefore, have long-range missiles.

The Ukrainian Airforce has a Twitter account - https://twitter.com/KpsZSU

* Today, Russia delivered a massive blow to Ukrainian energy. About 90 rockets were fired over the territory of Ukraine. Air defence forces of Ukraine managed to shoot down 70 missiles.

Without electricity or without Russia?
Without electricity!

If this is true, it's time for NATO to step in. Enough of this madness! Flood Ukraine with allied troupes and defend the people. No offensive operations but protect the people there and kick all Russian forces out. Tell Putin he's had his fun but enough is enough. We're not going to stand for this in the 21st century. He won't have to pay reparations if he pulls out on his own accord, but if he doesn't, he's responsible for the cost of all the damage he caused along with payments to the families of the innocent people he murdered.

Don’t need boots on the ground to defeat Russia-that would be “old school”. War crimes, Russian will pay eventually

A reminder that this war is not just about blown up bridges and electricity grids.

This photo speaks for itself. I don't know when or where it was taken but it is obviously the funeral of a little child. https://pbs.twimg.com/media/FhoZk9YWAAEHNC7?format=jpg&name=medium

This picture is from #Ukraine. If you don't want us to see such images in #Poland, #Latvia, #Lithuania, #Estonia, you have to do something NOW. #Russia is a terrorist state. #NATO, activate the article 5! End Putin.
