We have gotten pretty good at figuring things like this out.How would that be proven either way, though? TPTB can only base their decision on the more likely according to the most reliable intelligence.
I meant Poland helping its neighbor, Ukraine.I don’t understand your comment about helping. Russia and Ukraine are at war now. Waiting to see if NATO will act; possibility of WW3 or just a slap on the hand.
Thank for helping to clarify my statement @Murrmurr .I'm pretty sure she meant Poland helping Ukraine.
Ukrainians are also comparing this incident to Fl 17.We have gotten pretty good at figuring things like this out.
For example we are now pretty sure MH17 was shot down by pro-Russian forces in Ukraine, but it took a while ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Malaysia_Airlines_Flight_17 ), similar story for KAL007 ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Korean_Air_Lines_Flight_007 ).
We should be able to figure out where it was launched from, and we have a lot of communications intercepts that can help. Also if it was an accident and launched by the Ukraine they may well admit to it.
The moment Putin began aggressive operations against Ukraine was the tip off that he had become irrational.Tonight's homework: Is the world's most powerful dictator actually losing his mind?
Yeah, at least he began in usual Putin-manner back in 2014, when he started putting puppet cronies and oligarchs in charge of a few mid-upper-tier power positions in the east. In 2022, he basically barfed some armed helicopters onto a Ukrainian airport in broad daylight and then followed that up by projectile vomiting a convoy of ancient tanks on a highway into Kiev. The moment Putin began aggressive operations against Ukraine was the tip off that he had become irrational.
Why hold back, at this point your theory is probably as good or better than most of what we're hearing. And who knows, you might be right!I have a theory, but at the risk of being called a conspiracist, I’ll defer to let those in power to explain where, why and how.
Being honest, I seriously doubt Russia would intentionally target a NATO country. Russia fired 100 missiles at Ukraine today, some near the Polish border, and only 75 were intercepted. I mean, 75% is great, but still. Plus there's the fact that Russia's GPS technology isn't always reliable, and indeed, ours neither. Why hold back, at this point your theory is probably as good or better than most of what we're hearing. And who knows, you might be right!
Yes, I think I know what you are suggesting and you may be correct. The Russians have proved how incompetent they are. I don't think they would want to escalate hostilities. We need to get the facts about the missiles that crossed into Poland. I have a theory, but at the risk of being called a conspiracist, I’ll defer to let those in power to explain where, why and how.
Its not definitive yet, but I agree it’s leaning that wayIt was Ukraine who accidentally bombed Poland.
Thank goodness. Its not definitive yet, but I agree it’s leaning that way
Has Ukraine publicly fessed up yet and admitted that it was them ?.......rather than it being Russia and risking possible WWIII that's good to hear.It was Ukraine who accidentally bombed Poland.
Yep, so far that seems to be the case...The drama continues because while there is no right answer; there are a lot of wrong answers
