My natural position is side, but it hurts my back. I have found sleeping in a recliner most comfortable and no back problems. Forces me to sleep on my back. How about you?

Done that"I'd imagined you slept under the stars, next to a big tree"
Done that tooI can almost sleep standing up these days
Do you remember being "topped and tailed" as a youngster as well?Done that too
That's an odd wakeup

The laptop between us would be the unhealthy one. Sleeping head to toe means no CPAP blowing in my face to wake me up in the middle of the night. Besides, I get more feet messages now."Unless you love your partners feet more than their face, top 'n' tailing as you can probably guess, suggests an unhealthy time in the relationship. It's the closest thing to sleeping in separate beds entirely, which can only spell uncertainty."

I get up every few hours to go to the bathroom, and then switch sides. It is a skill that comes with age.Side sleeper here! Wake up every few hours to switch sides.
I wonder why we sleep in the positions we do. Is it something to do with how we were positioned in the womb before we were born?
