Goodnight to you all who are still up and heading for bed soon, sleep your best as you can..
see that's exactly why I've held onto them GeeGee, because that same thing happens to me. ..but of course every time I buy something , I'm getting less and less space for the new stuff. It's not that I don't regularly donate , I do.. but I've held onto the load of clothes because they're almost all new, and never worn... , and I felt that as always happens, I'll donate or sell, and I'll lose weight and have to run to the expense of repurchasing.. and probably not be able to get my favourites again.Okay. I had breakfast. Time to do my housekeeping chores and take my bony butt out to the garden and get stuff done.
@hollydolly I can't advise. Every time I ever decided to donate all the clothes that didn't fit, I either lost a whole lot of weight or gained a whole lot of weight almost as soon as the clothes were gone.
Another morning to smile about. I'm keeping my clothes from 8 years ago when I was still working as they all fit! I do weed out whatever I am tired of, or replacing with a newer style.I watched the last aired episodes of Will Trent (I am so hooked) and 9-1-1: Lone Star and made a couple of calls.
Pure in the biblical sense dear GG@Mizmo Pure thoughts. Certainly. Especially because of the way that's worded. Pure.
awww.. you're my hero, you're so BraveToday I am getting that macular eye jab.
It bluddy well hurts so not looking forward to that even though the Doc is young tall dark and handsome.
Another excuse not defrost that small freezer.
So depending on how well he jabs ( now, now ladies , pure thoughts) I may be missing in action for day or two.
Meanwhile you all

I have a closet full of new things that I purchased on clearance. A couple of different sizes. I never have to worry if I get invited somewhere. I just go to the closet and pull out a new outfit. I have shoes and handbags in there as well. I do not like to shop, this makes it easy for me to feel more relaxed when something social comes up. No pressure!see that's exactly why I've held onto them GeeGee, because that same thing happens to me. ..but of course every time I buy something , I'm getting less and less space for the new stuff. The simple..perhaps not so simple would be to lose the weight.. but then all my new clothes wouldn't fit either.. so Rock and a Hard place.. and I've decided enough is enough, they've gotta go.. . Gonna spend some time sorting and deciding whether to sell online or not.. there's quite a substantial amount of money to be made, but I also don't like the hassle of uploading, selling, packing, posting..and all that palaver..
well yes there is that to it as well. I pretty much have everything anyone could want ..like you.. including bags shoes and outerwear, but in truth, it's wayyyy too much, and I really have to be honest with myself that some of the styles are now beginning to look a little young for me too..I have a closet full of new things that I purchased on clearance.
