So I went down to the Ticket Office today. The Clerk told me I received a parking infraction for potentially impeding snowplow removal operations.
I understand. The City needs to plow the streets so we can park on them. I get it. But on the night in question there wasn't a snowflake in the sky, and the plowing and grading had already been done which is why I was able to park on the road in the first place. So I still contend that it was a cheap and predatory ticket I received from the traffic agent. The grace period was lousy as well.
But ultimately I was wrong, so I paid the lousy hundred bucks and the matter is now closed.
