This husband and wife are both transgender. They conceived naturally and the husband shouldered the responsibility for the pregnancy.
Danna Sultana, who was born male but is now recognized as female, welcomed her first child with her husband Esteban Landrau last year. In contrast to Danna, Esteban was born a female but has transformed into a male.
The couple conceived naturally, as both Danna and Esteban still retained their reproductive organs.

Still trying to make sense of this....so the man is now living as female but is able to get an erection and have penetrative sexual intercourse with the person who is physically female but identifies as male?

Confusing for sure, but I'd rather not think about this one at all...

Kind of like what my daughter asked about that when she was younger than I thought she'd even know about these things... her question was if a man is attracted to other men, why wouldn't he just be gay instead of wanting to transform into a woman so that he could be with a man? Makes ya think. (Understood that not every transgender is gay, of course... this was for those cases in particular.)
 
I don't care what they do but wonder why if they trans to another gender they keep their original *******ia.

I was hoping they would show a front view of the woman who was formally a man to see if there was a bulge :rolleyes:

Wonder if once they complete their family they will do a complete change.
 
I don't understand it, more than likely, never will. Do I deny it, no, there have been and always will be they that are gay or lesbian. I don't know that either because it is not my reality but it is theirs, who am I or anyone to deny or judge that. I can also see this happening, transgender people who meet, fall in love, have not altered their bodies yet to the point that they can't have children. For me, I see that as a holy intervention. They realize that they maybe something, someone different, but they still want to bring their own biological children into the world. I believe that is a god given blessing. Any child is a god given blessing. Go look at your own children, grandchildren and tell me they are not a god given blessing.
 
Nonsense, this world is full of confusion and self delusion. Any children born to such liaisons is doomed from the start. But that's just my humble opinion.

It is confusing but, when you look at this photo, they look like any other happy couple with their first child. Their child, I think, probably has the same chance as any child of having a happy and stable home. I wish them well.
 
Both look happy, the child looks healthy & well fed. Nothing in the Ops post suggested they were looking to cash in on their unique marriage.
Doesn't bother me at all reading about a couple with a healthy looking child. The Bible on the other hand with stories about incest not as nice to read about.

Must have missed that, I do not think those two people are related, no incest.
