I agree totally, that at this point in your life, you'd be better to live nearby to some fun, interesting, and very easy-to-get-to places, that would offer some social interactions, activities, or entertainments.
As much as you and many others of us, love nature, I think that a new area for you would need to include other things, as well.

Exactly.. I've lived in this environment for over 40 years.. no-one can say I haven't tried getting an invite to a Trees party...or a Haystacks shindig.. but nothing is forthcoming, so I gotta find somewhere else.. :D
 
Ive been to the Dentist this morning I was first to be seen, they said everything was okay , not got to go back till next year .
The shops was just opening ,I was going by the Market shop , and the manager was just putting the plants out .I couldnt resist buying more lobelia , and I was told it was grown at a local Farm , so that was pleasing , Most Garden Centres now import from the EU.

I had to Google lobelias; very pretty flowers. :)
 
Today I am expecting my water delivery. Other than that, no real plans. I will take it as it comes. Not sure I will be walking today as my knee needs some rest. It hurts right now, but by the time I usually walk if it feels better I will walk. I feel it is helping me. Looks gray outside so maybe it will rain. If so, I won't be going outside. Coffee right now! Have a good day!

yep grey as a grey thing here too... would like to open my window here in the office room.. but my neighbour across the way is having a new roof put on, and the noise is quite something from the shouting workmen... but I always feel like I'm suffocating when I don't have windows open.

I'm a lot irritated.. by my estranged husband. A while back he insinuated I had lost his External Hard-drive ( possibly hidden it from him ).. he hadn't taken it with him when he left. I of course knew nothing of this Hard drive couldn't even recall what it looked like.. he described it.. and since then in the last few months i have searched the whole house for it. I'm a panicker when it comes to other peoples' things that I may have lost.. but I really couldn't recall ever seeing it.

When he first left I was in such a state of shock, I did things then that I can't even recall doing ...so I kept thinking maybe I picked it up, and he was right, maybe I hid it somewhere..not that I would normally do something like that.. but as I said.. the shock was immense.. and for a whole year there are many things I can't recall doing..

To the point of the story.. Yesterday I was deleting pictures from the cloud.. and I came across a picture of a small suitcase I packed for him just days after he left with some immediate supplies ( I had completely forgotten I'd done this).. his slippers, his specs.. and lo and behold.. what's right there on the top..?.. The External HD.. ( I take pictures of everything )... I sent the picture to him... got no reply yesterday.. and this morning, he denied that it was the EXT HD... ... jeez.. !! I've had enough of him now.. I know that it's the EXT HD.. and I have no idea what his game is.. but for me.. I can stop feeling guilty that I might have lost something belonging to him..
 
Morning folks...it is 54 deg here, up around 70 later I think...
Got to do my excercises in a bit, then shower, get ready for
two therapists at 1130 and noon...
Had a drive-by, stalker, nosy visitor yesterday, twice, in mid afternoon a car came by with two females, pointing and staring at my house, I happened to be standing in the doorway looking out...then after dark, I "think" it was same car came by again, seeing it thru my security cam, paused at my home, then drove down the street a few hundred feet, turned around, turned its lights off, and set there a bit...then, lights back on, drove down the "wrong" side of street, paused again in front of house, and I could tell by flashes that they were taking pics of my place...dunno why anyone would do this, but to be different I left on front-back porch lites on, and living room lamp on all nite....but it was interesting anyway...have a great day.....;):giggle:

could you see the number plate on the Security Cam , if you can take some stills from it that might be worth keeping .
It might well be just someone who lived in your house years ago and came back to see it again ,
I can understand being nervous , I had a strangers car parked in front of my house all night last week , it worried me enough to message my Son,cause he keeps a car at my house on my forecourt..
It turned out it was someone further up the road who was having a Skip deliverered early morning , and he needed his car off his drive .
 
On my early morning walk around 6:45,temp was 40 as I walked 2 blocks to buy local paper
This morning, my friend Mary&I are going on our weekly 'road trip, today to one of my favorite stores Target, need a couple of items
The rest of my day do some paper work, read paper ,take afternoon walk
Tonight tune in to watch new episode of my favorite comedy' Ghosts'
 
After ice cream for dinner last night, I had an egg and toast for breakfast. Just so y'all know I'm not completely nuts (only a little).

Almost 9. I'm not dressed. There's no hurry. DD won't be home until around noon.
 
Pretty much an open book for today.
Light rain out…..no outside, or taking in any suns rays.
Will continue spring cleaning.
