That's what I thought. A good tamper proof bottle will have a seal under the cap and plastic around the lid. A lot companies only doing one. Some companies do both and put cotton in the bottle.I though all OTC meds were in tamper resistant containers now ever since that Tylenol incident back in the 1980s.
That being said a smuggler or person in a controled environment could reseal the factory seal. If the seals are carefully removed they could be put back without raising suspicion.
