If you had demanded Waywair give you the license and name of the driver, you could have gone to the police and/or insurance companies so they could track him down. You witnessed a hit and run.As an aside..one of their drivers smashed into my car and didn't stop.....and this was one hour before the buyer for my car was coming to collect it.. absolutely true story... I called Wayfair immediately within 5 minutes of seeing him hit my car..and they absolutely refused to admit he did it.. or take responsibility for it...
