Signed Up For Yoga

I was playing a game on my phone and one of their ads came on. It was for easy yoga. So I subscribed for a year for 24.00 and a few cents. I also got their healthy eating guide for 6.99. It's not a lot of money to get life changing results (hopefully).

We shall see how this goes

It's an app now on my phone that shows you how to do it and many other things.

There's a bunch of different styles of Yoga so make sure you try different ones. I've done hot Yoga and Yoga stretch at my gym and enjoyed both. I also tried restorative Yoga and got absolutly nothing out of it except a lesson in boredom.

I believe it's a going to be beginners yoga although I have tried yoga before. I took a class in college. I also have some yoga magazines I will look at.

I believe it is life changing from my experience. Don't do what you can't do, do what you can do and do it gently.
