Today's lunch is Bombay Potatoes with Garlic Naan.

I got up before 2AM feeling poorly because I don't eat good meals like you. This must change; I'm starting to feel lousy; making extremely childish diet choices. Hurts; must change.
Feeling lousy is the pits. You have put it down partially to poor eating habits. Easily overcome.
Start cooking for yourself. Food/Meals that give you long lasting energy.
Greek Yoghurt, Tuna, Salmon, Beetroot
Caesar Salad, Chicken/Avocado Salad,
How about a Tuna or Salmon, Beetroot and Greek Yoghurt sandwich, brown/grain bread.
Snacks - Bananas and Nuts, (include Walnuts), Hard boiled egg, Avocado on toast, Fresh Berries with above yoghurt.
Porridge with honey.

More protein; I know I'm starving for more protein.
My solution, it tastes pretty good in coffee.

Potatoes cooked with mustard seeds, ground cumin, turmeric, garam masala et-al.
Delicious.
That really looks good, wish we had a good Indian place within a reasonable driving distance!
