Made shrimp tacos the other day. Absolutely fantastic. I’ve been making my own taco seasoning and pico d gallo from scratch lately. Fresh spices, cilantro,red onions and most importantly, no preservatives. I also made slaw with cilantro for the tacos as an added topping bonus.

Fish tacos is San Jose de Cabo in the mid-80's. Fresh mahi, and to drink, la cerveza mas fina.......Pacifico!!!!
