Neo-Nazi Group "The Order" Protest at Disney World

The Neo Nazis express their disgust with gay rights, but those views are held by a significant portion of the US population. They give lip service to gay rights, women's rights and racial equality. They long for the return of white supremacy, overt racism, antisemitism, a license to beat up fags, and the only place for women was in the bed, and in the kitchen.

If you don't shiver a little when reading that, and see where some in our society want to take us, then you might be dead. Extreme nationalist rhetoric has now become part of modern day political debates. We're sleep walking into this.

As to the video posted, since free speech is paramount, we must accept these people. At least they are letting us know who they are. I expect every single one of these people have a big fat file at the FBI.
 
I despise neo-nazis with every fiber of my being! How can they ignore the evidence of history and revere a man like Hitler? They, and other ultra-right wing groups frighten me because, despite a veneer of civility, there are all too many of their fellow citizens willing to follow, if given the right leadership! Beware of voting for populists!
 
The spirit of evil seems to live on forever. It goes back to the writings and folklore of the earliest days of mankind, and is beginning to look like it will go on forever. As Old Salt said, how can a monster like Hitler be honored by anybody, at least anybody who is sane?

The twisted souls who are following such "leaders" must be prevented from grabbing any real power. This may be impossible in fascist regimes, but at least in free societies, we do have the law, and the power of the vote. This is more important now than it has ever been.
 
Aside from the loss of the lives of soldiers & civilians in WW2, it took many years to rebuild infrastructure and the economy in England after the Nazi bombing. We have British members here on the SF, I'm sure they could comment regarding Hitler.

Besides that, history recent & old offers lessons about extreme polarization & civil war in very many societies.
