I Guess We Men Do See Things Differently Than Women.

Still love 50's & 60's music!
Yesterday at the nursing home where I work, one woman in my department came in with a different hair style. My supervisor (also a woman) went on for awhile about it. She saw me and said, "Rob! Look at Beth's hair!" I looked at her hair, and turned to my supervisor and said, "What's the big deal? She's always had hair!":giggle:

True men see things differently than women, with that said men comprehend life differently than women, it still takes both sexes DNA to create life. I appreciate thinking as a male, because I am partial to females bodies.

That's nice, 'cause girls like horses...lol

men have more choices for discharging waste than women

Even tho I am a woman I'm usually faking any interest in someone else's hairdo. For me it is mostly just being polite, since our society places so freaking much emphasis on a woman's looks, it is supportive to help other women feel like they are rocking it.

Regarding peeing standing up -- I bought one of these when I was planning to go on an African safari trip (unfortunately covid prevented my trip), it lets women stand up to pee. I've only practiced at home (pre-covid), but I think it would be useful for women in those gross temporary toilet booths.

and also I'm not wrong.

I think (in reality) girls associate horses with Princes and Knights in shining armor and other romantic conjurings.

Men see speed and strength, and maybe potential for a good day at the races.

Yeah, but while I really don't want to spoil the fun, I don't think that quote has much to do with the whole of the horse. Uh-hm.

Perhaps it's just me.

I've been thinking about this topic seriously and from a different perspective.

Speaking generally, men and women do see things differently. Men underestimate the maternal instinct, that manifests long before girls are able to have babies. During our marriage I am sure that my husband would have stepped forward to protect me and our children but he wasn't as alert to the many threats to their safety and welfare as I was. The only times that I was implacable during our marriage was when he wanted to do something that I considered to be unsafe with the children. He could not understand why I was being difficult when I was usually very easy going.

No, what we actually see is a kindred spirit, a soul friend who won't break our hearts. Something to carry us off to adventurous dreams even if we never leave the yard. And a strong partner in sports endeavors. MEN have not one thing to do with it. That's the point.

Why do men have nipples?

View attachment 306975
You just had to go there, alright- I'll serve up my layman's view of biology: the egg is a human "blank", so the boy parts / girl parts are also blank, until it's fertilized by a sperm , that gives the egg either an "X" or "Y" chromosome. If the embryo becomes a girl the nipples will come in handy to deliver milk. If it becomes a male the nipples will just become a conversation piece.
