Another Old Band Song, 'Work Out At The Gym'

This is another little ditty we wrote and recorded many years ago. The song starts out with a little skit featuring our hero Andy, who is at a backyard barbecue hosted by his best friend Jeff, and his sister Joyce.

Jeff and Joyce have been planning together, trying to get Andy to take better care of himself. Get him away from spending all his time at home sitting on his couch watching TV, playing video games, and eating junk food.

It starts out with Joyce & Jeff talking, and with Andy in the background devouring ribs.
