Philadelphia mom stands up to biker thug with a helmet & gun

A mom who was attacked with her children in the car stands up to a biker in a helmet and gun after he stomped out her rear windshield. This during a street takeover by by dirt bikers and atv riders which are illegal on a street without a license/registration in most cities & states.

Philadelphia biker breaks window of car with children inside; police release photos to find suspect

Kudos to the mom for standing up to the pos coward who had the gaul to head butt her with his helmet.

Appalling. As if the street takeover wasn't enough. These are throw away the key suspects.

Peace

Relatively...saw a sticker on a vehicle..

A mom with a gun...has more fun!🤭

While I applaude her, I also question her , did she see the gun before she exited the car ? If he was a full-blown crazy, and shot her ? Then what about the kids ? Watching mommy get shot ... die, now they're perhaps homeless ?

No idea why it started , but glad it ended as it did. A broken back glass & a guy in jail that needs to be.

This is a perfect time to have a gun....for her

She's certainly brave, but why did she get out of the car? It was her best weapon at the time.

I feel so sorry for anyone who has to live in one of these big cities that has become so lawless.

I understand what you mean .. but I think a mothers' instinct is to rise up to protect your children.. I suspect in hindsight she's realising she could have left her children motherless by confronting him as she did.. fortunately he wasn't armed...

Thank God nobody was hurt. She looks like she is tough and was getting ready to kick butt. Do not mess with mama bear's cubs. You never know who you're dealing with when trying to do something to somebody. Interesting...I just read an article that mentions Philly as one of the 15 cities people should stay away from.

I think a lot of criminal types exploit issues plaguing many cities including fewer prosecutions, fewer police on patrol and policies that handcuff the police including no pursuit of criminal suspects. They know all this, probably the only news many of them follow.

The suspect was older than I thought being 26 years old.. Many of those dirt bike and atv gangs are teens so he's kind of old to be acting like a junvenile delinquent. But over the last several years I had too many problems with younger adults in the mid to late 20s. They don't want to grow up and only do what they want. I doubt this was the suspects first criminal act. People pay attention to kids/teens in school but young adults can fly under the radar.

But again kudos to the mom for sticking up for herself and kids. If the suspect hasn't learned you don't mess with a mom and her children he condemned himself. That's not a hard lesson to learn and most get it without trainingg or a class.
