I get my meds at a US chain of stores called Rite Aid. Had to switch when I moved back to Batavia, as there were no Walgreens here. Here is my issue....as many here with arthritic hands, I cannot handle the child proof caps. I find them hard to open. So, I asked Rite Aid to put in my profile to put on the easy oen, non child proof caps. Seems reasonable, right?
BUT...every time they fill my meds, I have to look because invariably they will put the child proof caps on and I have to ask them to change them over.
Seems there should be something popping up on my file to iflag this request. But I have to ask them Every. Darn. Time. I have called the customer service number, spoken to them countless times. What else do I need to do?
I used to like the Walgreen caps,,,as they were dual..being you could flip it over to be child proof (like if kids around) or not
I am really not of a mind to switch pharmacies...as it MAY seem minor..but It is impt to those of us who cannot use the child proof
