I feel the same way. Our hoards of photos are destined for the dustbin. If anyone ever wants to look at or share one fine by me. On that hosting site I use some do try to sell their images and some occasionally do. But unless you're supplying images to publications it probably won't happen. I share images on Flickr whenever someone hasn't prevented it and mine are available too.

We don't get snow here (much)... this was taken several years ago when I visited a bird sanctuary in Thomasville, GA (southwestern corner of the state) in winter... Foggy, with the coloring of the landscape brown, deep/pine green, gray and dun. Sounds muffled by the fog.

Yeah, he goes a little crazy with the gifts. But only one of them is actually expensive, the rest are anywhere from 6 to 30 or 40 dollars, I'd say.

I like how he wraps 'em. Each stack is for a specific person.

No snow here, North across the Bay from San Francisco. 10 or 15 degrees colder than Summer, and rain now and then. That‘s what I like about our climate. Not too hot in the summer and not too cold in the winter. Our local mountain, Tamalpais, sometimes gets a brief dusting of snow, but that’s about it.

As for San Francisco, Mark Twain is believed to have said that the coldest winter he ever spent was one summer in San Francisco. (-8
