Tacos have taken me to thinking about a nice pan of roast beef enchiladas with lot of onions and sharp cheddar on top.

Everyday is Taco day in Phoenix. However, I prefer a chimichanga covered with guacamole and sour cream over tacos.

Went to a health fair close by today. They had about 5-6 food trucks. As long as you validated this card they gave you, you could rec've free food from the truck of your choice.

I had tacos for this taco Tuesday. There were 3 of those little street tacos, beans and rice. Left overs are in the fridge.

Funny. I had a conversation about an amazing taco just this morning.

 

[Supernatural]

Mexican foods in our family is a summer event. Therefore, quite a few months to go before we gave some. Haven't tried Fish Tacos but I've heard that some are quite nice.

Tacos are usually boat-type, occasionally the standard kind. Fajitas chicken/beef combos are an absolute favourite. Quesadillas as well as plenty tempura vegetables with dip, Nachos as a snack and a special recipe from a restaurant we visited in the past, Taco soup. Yummy!

I've never been able to enjoy Guacamole. Had one heck of an allergic reaction, do, that's off the menu. Give me deep-fried ice-cream Mexican style and that's dinner. With a specially blended Mexican coffee to top it off and that's dinner. Cheers!
