We used to have a bar and grill that one weekday had a special on some really great soft-shell tacos, chicken or beef. Lots of onions and jalapenos, a great melty cheese with a nutty flavor, and a freshly made green salsa on the side.
I've always wanted to try Mexican food. But, because of my wife's gastritis, I had to always refuse to eat these dishes, in solidarity with her. I'm starting to think about cheating on my wife with Taco.
I made tacos yesterday and they were so good, that I just ate another one ,minutes ago.
I thought maybe my avocado Guacamole had darkened overnight but I had mixed with the lime, some sour cream and it held up well. Rice and beans on the side. YUM!!!!
