In the video they say there's a disability act to protect such people as this lady, but it;s very rarely implemented

People can only hope. Like this woman and husband deserve this. How can someone be so heartless. She and her husband clearly just want the time they have together in their own home with their dogs. Asking too much for some I guess.

One of my pet peeves is H.O.As and mobile home parks. I got an inch thick print out of the rules of the park, when I signed the rental agreement. My ex got a $75 fine for operating a lawnmower 15 minutes before noon on a Sunday. I had an issue with the park, and I wanted to sue the hell out of them. I went to a lawyer, but since I signed the agreement, I was screwed. The announcer said the homeowner and the contractor knew they did not have written permission, but they still built the ramp. If you've live in an H.O.A. or mobilehome park, that's pretty much asking for it.

It seems rather obvious that the legalese of our justice system does not favor the victims. It serves the privileged and does not provide for our common welfare.
