I didn't remember the title, but then I read the Wikipedia description of the plot and I remembered it'd seen it. I think we were at some friends' place and watched it together. Great concept behind the story.Last of the Dogmen is probably one of my all time favorites. Now that I think about it, I should watch it again soon.
It's very popular here in Germany. But I've never watched it, since the topic doesn't interest me.#1 would be the original German Version of Das Boot the 4 hr one...
"Lawrence of Arabia" and "Network" are among my favorite movies also.Have so many I rewatch, a short list.
Lawrence of Arabia
Amadeus
Network
2001:A Space Odyssey
Dial M for Murder
Left out most the B&W movies I watch on a regular basis; they're the usual suspects.
I'm 2 hrs from the VLA. When I visited the first time in 2011, the former director of the facility was the tour guide. He was the boss when the movie was filmed, had nice stories.
All of Kurosawa's movies are good, but 'Rashomon' is my favorite. The Green Mile
Hell in the Pacific
Just about anything by Akira Kurosawa (i.e., Seven Samurai, Ikiru, Yojimbo....)
and The Curious Case of Benjamin Button
Watched it in my teens and never forgot the scene at the swimming pool (Cybill Shepherd is so damn hot) and scenes with Cloris Leachman. The Last Picture Show.
