My attitude has been kind of off kilter lately,

When you hit on the right food, you feel better and your balance improves.

It all comes back to an age old wisdom. Eat your vegetables....and fresh ones at that.

I now eat fresh Brussel sprouts, broccoli, carrots and onions every day. The neuropathy in my legs minimizes. I eat meat as well but not a lot.

A surprise came the other day when I got on the scale and saw that I lost 27 lbs. since my Dr appt back on April 10.
You’ll definitely feel a vast improvement when you eat more vegetables but 27 pound weight loss is a lot.

I also noticed a big chance in my legs mostly when I changed my diet. It was like the blood flow was somehow blocked. I don’t have that problem now.

How are you feeling since you lost all the weight?

Whoa, that's a lot in just a month, Feller... heads up that your doctor is *definitely* going to be asking if the large weight loss has been planned/intentional. (If it *is* intentional, huge congrats! (y)) @OldFeller
I have diabetes and my numbers were reading high more than I wanted. So I cut out carbs and eat only natural foods except for dark chocolate.

The weight loss was a surprise. I'll keep my eye on it.

Update:

Scale was reading inconsistently. I changed the batteries and now it consistently reads 6 lbs less than it has been.
I think 6lbs is more realistic.

How did they get destroyed John?
I had each area set up with my own version of bubblers that watered all the vegetables for 1 minute every night.
Then a neighbor's 20 or so feral cats kept invading my property, constantly digging and crapping, destroying everything.
I took out the lines and haven't grown any more vegetables for the last 20 years.

Twenty cats. Goodness. Cat urine can and will ruin everything. Have you considered growing in hanging baskets or raised beds? Grow lavender, lemon balm or lemon thyme or rosemary between your veggies. Maybe even get a dog. Half joking John. 🄺

with my physical well being...today I nearly fell at the front door, it
seems that entry has it out for me....I am just a bit depressed I guess,
am tired of the pain, aches, rash, lungs, I mean what the hell why so
many things at once?! I seem to be getting more clumsy every day
with my hands, and walking....get tired of cooking, clean up all alone...
ah well hell, this too shall pass I guess....enuff from me already!!(y)
I’m sorry to hear this. I feel for you as it seems it’s starting for me. The overall pain is getting to me. Wishing you a pause enough to catch your breath.

Thank you Reenie....i keep reminding myself that I do not
need to "run" to get little chores done, that I can slow down,
but sometimes I forget....of course i forget hahahahaha......
