Only internal organs surgically removed: Gallbladder, Reproductive organs and oh yeah parts of both my corneas have been replaced implants (would likely be legally blind by now if hadn't had those).

Tonsils went missing as a child, but at least I got a bowl of ice cream out of the deal.
Had mine out in my teens .. it was a pretty painful recuperation

I had mine out at 7... and it was no big deal.. but when my daughter had to have hers out at 21... it was verrry painful for her..Had mine out in my teens .. it was a pretty painful recuperation

I heard that that was what Aristotle Onassis gave Jackie Kennedy for a wedding present.....because she liked music so well, he gave her an antique Greek organ.I'm very fussy when it comes to Organs...only the best for me... and I'm sure the OP would think the same.
(I'm definitely going to hell for that.....)

Wisdom teeth gone and hair from the top and back of my head. I did get an internal addition though.......a plastic mesh to repair a hernia.
