Yes, @Ruthanne, looks perfect for me. Please forward a complete pie to my address as soon as possible!! I did buy graham crackers today so I will be able to make something comparable should you not be able to ship. I was thinking more along the lines of a cherry cheesecake or a lemon tart of some kind. I try to be good but I am always bad. LOL
It's on the way! I'll send an entire cake for you since you you are so sweet and deserving! Enjoy! You might want to give the doggies a little of the cake without the chocolate since that's not so good for them.
They won't even get a bite!! They have plenty of treats right now, carrots, fresh green beans and their new favorite, watermelon!!

It may not be as fancy looking as the cakes and pies previously posted, but it's good. This is my very easy low sugar chocolate "mousse" pie. Four containers of Hunts sugar free Snack Pack pudding (about 4 oz each). Mix in as much whipped cream as you like. I mixed enough to make the dark chocolate look like milk chocolate. Use a blender or mix by hand (which is what I did last time). Pour mixture into a ready made graham cracker crust. One could also create swirls when mixing by hand. Squirt more whipped cream on top and freeze or partially freeze. If completely frozen, thaw for a few minutes before eating. Just before eating, I added more whipped cream.
